So at my school were allowed to dress up for Halloween, but wearing a costume all day can be really annoying in the Florida heat! So usually just do my make up kind of crazy! And what's more creepy/odd then black lipstick??
First I used a hard drugstore black eyeliner ( one that I know doesn't smudge) and lined right outside of my natural lip line. Then using a black lipstick I got from the Halloween section of the dollar store and filled in my lips, because the lipstick was matte and really flattened the look of my lips I added some clear gloss in the center of my lips!
On the rest of my face I'm just wearing my favorite obsession, Clinique moisture surge tinted moisturizer. Too Faced chocolate bronzing face powder to contour my cheeks and a little bit of the Revlon matte blusher in Berry. Every though you can't see my eyes I kept them super simple because the lips were so powerful, I used Urban Decays tease eyeshadow in my crease and two coasts of Clinique lash doubling mascara.
